Flipkart India biggest retail online shop is somehow
worried with Amazon.in entry in Indian Market. Amazon brings it years of experience
and tested marketing techniques. Past few days we have seen that everything
that Amazon do, flipkart follows ex 1 day delivery, gift cards and many more
things. One thing that flipkart not able to make is Amazon support and return policy.
Amazon support is world class and return is easy. So my simple tip to flipkart
make you support strong and your return is very bad , If I bring something from
your store and I didn’t like that you will not take it back, its wrong and will
shift users from you website or you make people say lie to get the refund for
the product. So my suggestion to you makes your support effective and consumer
oriented. Also make strong presence with the promotional site which promotes
your product as flipkart Deals, flipkart offers, amazon coupons, and amazon deals.

One website www.grabbestoffers.com does work hard
to bring best deals and offers for all online stores and world-wide stores that
servers India. Flipkart also change your server their gooses down when traffic increase,
few products that are exclusive launch on your website are maximum time out of
stock like Asus Zenfone all models. This type of activity will stop your
growth. If you think making shortage of product will increase sale than you are
wrong, because its short term gain not the long term. Please focus on become a
world class company. Every Indian will be proud if you provide your service
outside India. But for that you need to become a website that very one love to
buy from. So in my view Amazon.in still a better online shopping site, Flipkart offers is not bad, but need to
improve.
