One thing that flipkart not able to make is Amazon support and return policy. Amazon support is world class and return is easy. So my simple tip to flipkart make you support strong and your return is very bad , If I bring something from your store and I didn’t like that you will not take it back, its wrong and will shift users from you website or you make people say lie to get the refund for the product. So my suggestion to you makes your support effective and consumer oriented. Also make strong presence with the promotional site which promotes your product as flipkart Deals, flipkart offers, amazon coupons, and amazon deals.
